I've been in a bit of a dilemma. So, I had unprotected sex with my husband on the third day of my period and decided to take the i-pill just to be safe. Now, my period is way overdue; it's been about 15 days late. I went to see a gynecologist, and she prescribed Meprate 10mg. But I'm unsure about what to do next. Should I just wait it out and see if my period comes naturally, even though it's delayed? Or should I go ahead and take the Meprate to kickstart my cycle? I'm also concerned if there might be any side effects if I start taking it. Will I end up having to rely on medication to get my period from now on? Could really use some advice here.

Misses periods is the common sideeffects of ipill. Don't take meprate as it would thicken ur internal lining which has already thickened by ipill causing further periods problem. Just wait u would eventually get ur periods as ipill has got a high success rate
