I've noticed this dark black spot on my nose that started about two months ago, and it's beginning to spread. I've been using Betnovate N ointment on my face for dark spots and it seemed to work well initially. But after stopping it, my skin's become really dull, has turned black in places, and there's quite a bit of redness too. It's itching like crazy, and it's honestly annoying. I've noticed my skin getting darker, which is really worrying me. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do to fix this?

I've noticed that there's a spot in my mustache where the hair just isn't growing, even though the hair is there and surrounding areas are growing fine. Is this something I should be worried about?
