My dad is 65 and has multiple kidney stones around 25mm in size. He doesn't have BP or diabetes. Can these stones be treated with medicine or does he need surgery? What's the best option for someone his age?
For 25mm kidney stones, surgical intervention is generally recommended due to their size and likelihood of causing blockage or complications. Medications can be used to manage symptoms and prevent future stones, but they are unlikely to dissolve or pass stones of this size

I have a small egg-like lump near my right testicle inside the scrotum that feels slippery and moves around. It gives me a slight electric shock-like pain that's really bothering me. An ultrasound showed it's a small epididymal cyst. What can be done to drain it or ease the pain? Can meds help or is surgery the only option?
Usually epididymal cysts will not cause any problem and treating them might cause problem including surgery. If there is infection you need to be treated. These cysts will not harm you unless increase in size. Get a check up with urologist.
