What does gluten rash look like?
Rash secondary to any allergen including gluten is a red rash which is usually itchy and few milimeters in size. It may appear on one part of the body and later spread across large areas.

We need to determine the cause of rash and then treat accordingly. If you get a red rash with itching , it may be mostly due to an allergy which can be relieved by applying Moisturiser, wet cloth or ice pack to the affected area. You may need to take some antihistamine medications too under doctor's supervision.
