My temperature is 96.5F, and I do not have fever, runny nose, or sneezing. Can someone help me understand what might be causing this?

I have been experiencing chest pain in the upper and middle areas, and my doctor said it is likely muscular. He also took a blood sample for a CBC test. I am attaching my report for review. My ESR is 22 mm/hr (normal range 0 to 20). Is this concerning?

However, the itching has not improved. Could you please advise what might be causing this and what should be done next?
