I've been dealing with masturbating a lot since I was 11, and I mean like 5-6 times a day even now that Im 20. It's starting to mess with my life. I'm having trouble sleeping, waking up super early, and I get these body aches, shivers, and sudden head and neck pains. I'm always in a low mood and feel really irritable, and it's been affecting my memory these past six months. I just don't feel like doing anything anymore or have the mood for anything. What should I do?

I've been struggling with some serious issues and really need advice. I'm 29 and have been addicted to pornography and masturbation for 15 years, and I feel like it's really taking a toll on my body and mind. My short-term memory is suffering, and I often feel pain in my body. My energy levels are so low, and I just feel really exhausted all the time. On top of this, I also have schizophrenia, which makes everything even harder. I desperately want to get back to a healthier place and live a happy life. How can I start recovering from all this and take better care of myself?

I've been dealing with anxiety for 20 years, and recently I started using A78 Chronic Anxiety Drops. But now, I'm noticing things like body heat and mouth ulcers. Could these issues be related to the drops, or is there something else going on?
