There is no particular miraculous drink that will help in having normal bowel movement. You need to take plenty of water, fruits juices, butter milk to soften the stools. Some of the juices which help are Prune juice,Apple Juice,Pear juice.

I've been experiencing dark red bleeding when I go to the bathroom, but there's no pain, swelling, or itching. It's just the bleeding. What could this be? Should I be worried?

The presence of dark red blood during bowel movements, without pain, swelling, or itching, could indicate a hemorrhoid or a minor anal fissure. However, it's important to consult with a doctor for a proper examination and diagnosis to rule out other possible causes, such as diverticular disease or colorectal issues.

I've been dealing with hepatitis A since last month, and I've noticed my SGPT levels are all over the place, sticking around 60-90 for the past two weeks. It's like they go down a bit and then shoot back up again. I'm trying to be careful with a bland diet and haven't been physically active, just doing stuff on the computer. Any idea why this is happening? Is it normal for SGPT to take a while to stabilize?

SGPT fluctuating after Hepatitis A is fairly common as your liver heals. It can take a few weeks to a couple of months for the levels to normalize, depending on the severity of the infection and your overall health. Keep following your doctor's advice on diet, rest, and lifestyle, and avoid any additional strain on your liver. If you continue to see fluctuations or have concerns, your doctor may recommend further testing to ensure full recovery.

So, I've been dealing with jaundice for about a week now. My eyes are starting to look less yellow, which is a relief. But I'm still pretty unsure about what foods I should be sticking to or avoiding right now. I'm especially curious if it's okay to eat green chillies while I'm recovering. Could they cause any problems or side effects?
