I've been having some anxiety and OCD issues, so I went to a psychiatrist and got prescribed Depran H. After taking the first tablet, a few hours later, my vision got kind of blurry, like when you're a bit drunk, and I noticed some mild shivering too. Is this something normal with this medication?

Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or mindfulness meditation may also help in reducing the frequency and intensity of your panic attacks.
