I'm worried about my chest X-ray results and don't really feel satisfied with the explanation I got from my doctor. The report mentions a nonhomogenous patchy opacity in the right apical region with adjacent fibro-bronchiectatic changes, along with a few small calcific densities in the right upper zone. It suggests something about chronic infective etiology. Could you help me understand if this is something serious or if I need to be concerned?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
