I'm 22 and I've been experiencing shortness of breath pretty much all the time lately. It's been a few days, and I'm starting to get really worried because it messes up my ability to talk, especially while I'm working. Is it normal to feel like this every day? What could be causing it?

I've been dealing with a running nose and a blocked left nostril for the past three days, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The cough started two days ago, and I'm coughing up white phlegm with some severe wheezing. The left side of my chest hurts when I touch it. I've had asthma for about 12 years and usually rely on homeopathy, but this is the first time in two years it's gotten this bad. What would you recommend for quick relief?
