I'm feeling really under the weather with this cold I've had for the past five days. I went ahead and got a chest X-ray, and the results mentioned something about mildly prominent bronchovascular markings in the bilateral lower zone. Does this sound serious to you, and is there a chance it could be related to tuberculosis? I'm a bit worried and would really appreciate some insight on this.

The mildly prominent bronchovascular markings in your chest X-ray typically indicate mild inflammation or irritation in the lungs, often seen with respiratory infections like the common cold. It is not a specific sign of tuberculosis. However, its best to follow up with your doctor for a complete evaluation and to rule out any other concerns.

I'm a bit worried as I recently got a PFT report back, and it mentioned something about Small Airway Obstruction. I've also been dealing with this chronic cough for a while now. Should I be concerned about this? Are there any other tests I should consider doing to get a clearer picture of what's going on?

Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
