Can anxiety cause a dry mouth?
Yes. During an anxiety attack, you are more likely to breathe through your mouth. All of that air passing through your oral cavity can dry up your saliva.

I've been experiencing dreams every single day, and sometimes they get really scary. When I wake up from these, I feel so restless and tired, like I haven't slept at all. This has been happening since I was a kid, but after my dad passed away when I was 23, the dreams got much worse. He would often appear in my dreams and I would cry. Although it's not as intense now, I still have this issue with dreams every day, even if I take a nap during lunch. It affects me so much that I just feel exhausted all the time. I've never talked to a doctor about this before, but I'm starting to really worry. Could you please help me figure out what's going on?
It sounds like you may be experiencing vivid dreams or even sleep disturbances, which can be exacerbated by emotional stress, such as the loss of your father. This is quite common, and your restless feelings upon waking could be linked to disrupted sleep cycles. It might help to speak to a healthcare professional about this, as they can offer strategies or treatments to improve your sleep and emotional well-being.
