I'm currently in my 35th week of pregnancy and just did a growth scan today. They said my placenta is at grade 1 maturity. Plus, my baby is positioned in the anterior upper segment. My mom has stage 3c ovarian cancer and has done 3 chemo cycles but it doesn't seem to be working well. She's down to just 27kg and one doctor suggested debulking surgery. I'm really concerned how risky would surgery be at her current weight and what are her chances of pulling through
