What happens if the synovial membrane in the knee joint bursts? Can it heal on its own, and if so, how long does it typically take for recovery? I'm really concerned about what to expect with this kind of injury.

Even with that, the burning feeling hasn't gone away. Could you help me understand why this might still be happening and what steps I could take to get rid of this annoying burning in my feet?
That could be Peripheral neuropathy,take vit B12 shot once in a week for 4 weeks and later alternate weeks and also massage your feet by placing them in warm salt water at bed time tjis would help,if its still becoming worse visit Physician for medical treatment

I'm 30 and have been dealing with ankylosing spondylitis since June 2020, with a positive HLA-B27 test. I really want to avoid my vertebrae fusing together but don't want to rely on medicines. Can exercises, physiotherapy, or other therapies help prevent fusion? If fusion does happen, can it be reversed with therapy or will I need surgery? I can handle the pain but the idea of my spine or neck fusing scares me. How long does fusion usually take if it happens? Any advice would mean a lot.
A combination of medicines and exercise will be the best way forward. Taken alone neither will help completely.

I'm 20 and I'm experiencing a lot of body pain, just like I did three years ago.
