View allI've been diagnosed with a UTI and after some tests, they found an ovarian cyst measuring 42x40 mm. Should a cyst this size require surgery? I'm a bit worried and would like to understand my options better.
Small cysts measuring about 4 cms resolve by itself.Only large cyst about 5-10 requires surgery.

I'm 49 and have an anteverted bulky uterus measuring 101x59 mm. The myometrium shows two anterior wall fibroids 46x40 mm and 30x20 mm. Do I need surgery for this, or are there other treatment options I can consider?
