I really need some advice on adjusting thyroid medication. Six months ago, the TSH level dropped from 8 to 6.75, so I thought it would be okay to lower the dosage from 25mcg to 12.5mcg. But now the TSH has gone up to 10.87, and I'm worried. What do you recommend for someone who's 51 years old in this situation? I'm trying to find the right balance here.
