What kind of fruit (or vegetable) prevents or gets rid of diabetes?
No fruit or vegetable can totally get rid of Diabetes but having fruits/vegetables with low glycemic index may prevent or manage Diabetes.
Few types are walking briskly or hiking, climbing stairs, swimming or a water-aerobics class, dancing, riding a bicycle or a stationary bicycle, taking an exercise class, playing basketball, tennis, or other sports
In most patients Diabetes does not show any symptoms or signs. Few signs are weight loss, slow healing wounds, presence of ketones in urine, fruity odour.
Few education programmes and patient support groups are there from American Diabetes Association.
It's not that every Diabetic patient does not stick to diet plan, it mostly depends on the person's lack of motivation irrespective of the disease. It's also understandable since diabetes is a long standing medical condition, every patient may need repetitive conusellings to adhere to diet plan.
