MMR vaccines contain live measles, mumps and rubella viruses that have been weakened (attenuated). These stimulate the immune system to produce antibodies for protection but do not cause disease in healthy people. Usual dosing in children is two doses - first at 9 to 12 months and second at 16 to 24 months of age.

I'm wondering if it's safe for my 13-month-old to take gripe water while she's dealing with a throat infection. She's currently on medication for it, and I just want to make sure adding gripe water won't interfere or cause any issues. Could it possibly help soothe her symptoms, or should we steer clear since she's on other meds right now?
No dont give grype water until she is free from infection,istead of grype water you can use neipeptine drops or colicaid ez drops
