I got a wound on my foot from a bike accident. It's not too deep, but it's really giving me trouble when I try to move around. Plus, there's pain and swelling in that area. Could you take a look and let me know what I should do about it?
Apply the RICE principle to manage the wound and symptoms: Rest the affected area, Ice it for 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times a day, to reduce swelling, Compress the area with a bandage, and Elevate your foot above the level of your heart to reduce swelling; additionally, keep the wound clean and dry

I'm a bit worried and need some advice. I've had a low-grade fever for the past five days, fluctuating between 97.7 in the morning to 99.6 in the evening, along with a mild heavy feeling in my head. The head issue seems to have gotten better in the last two days, and I've reduced my Dolo 650 intake to once in the evening. I used to take it twice a day before. I don't have any other symptomsmy taste is fine, no breathing issues, and my appetite is good. Could this be something serious like COVID? I'm feeling really tense about it and would appreciate some guidance.
