Should I stop Veenat for a week and restart, switch to a second-generation drug, or temporarily move to a second generation drug and later return to the first generation one? My main concern is whether taking a break from Veenat will negatively affect my long term treatment goals and the possibility of achieving deep molecular remission at one year.
