Calamine lotion can be used to calm the inflamed skin but do consult a dermatologist before applying anti itch cream as it differs from person to person

I recently found out that the black spots on my scrotum are called angiokeratoma. I'm worried if these could lead to something like Fabry disease? I heard that laser treatment is recommended to remove them, but Im nervous about any future sexual complications this might cause. Also, I've noticed that these spots seem less noticeable during the day and get a bit more visible at night. If I do decide on laser treatment, Im curious if they might come back again. Is there any other way to remove them, like using creams maybe?

No need to worry get them removed through laser treatment as it ist bes t option and follow your doctors advice

I'm dealing with something called tinea incognito and my doctor gave me two creamsLivafin and Onabet. They said to use them twice a day, but I'm confused. Should I be applying both at the same time or just one of them? Could really use some advice here.

You should use both creams as prescribed by your doctor. Apply Livafin cream first, followed by Onabet cream, twice daily. Livafin contains Terbinafine and Onabet contains Sertaconazole, both are antifungal medications that work together to treat tinea incognito effectively.

I'm experiencing a strange, random stinging sensation on my skin all over my body. I'm not exactly sure what kind of tests I need. Should I be looking at seeing a neurologist, or would a dermatologist be a better option for this kind of issue? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Neurologist opinion is advised to the patient.
