I'm a 26-year-old guy living in Mumbai. I used to have a fair complexion, but after years of sun exposure and not really taking care of my skin, my face, hands, and neck have become visibly darker. If I stay indoors for a few days, my skin lightens up a bit, but I can't really do that since I have to work. My body's skin is quite fair, and with my wedding coming up soon, I want to get back to my old skin tone on my face and hands. Can you suggest any daily home remedies or maybe pills like glutathione for this? How safe is it to take glutathione? Are there any side effects, and how likely are they to happen? Also, if I start using it, would the skin tone change be long-lasting, or would I have to keep taking the pills to maintain it?

To help regain your lost complexion and lighten your skin tone, you can consider using topical creams containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, or azelaic acid. These can help lighten dark spots and even out skin tone. Additionally, using a daily sunscreen with high SPF can prevent further darkening of the skin due to sun exposure.

View allI've been struggling with pimples and acne ever since I had chicken pox three years ago. I never had any skin issues before that, so I'm wondering if my chicken pox wasn't treated properly back then and if that's why I'm still breaking out. I'm really good with my diet and I work out regularly, but nothing seems to stop these breakouts. Could the chicken pox be the cause, and what can I do about it?
That might not be chicken po,that could be pemphigous disease, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm struggling with my moustache not growing in the middle, and it's been this way since I started noticing facial hair. My beard also isn't as dense as I'd like. Interestingly, my dad has a really full moustache. Could there be a genetic reason or something else at play here? What can I do to encourage more growth?

I'm using SkinLite on my face every night, and I'm wondering if it's okay to also apply vitamin E capsules afterward. Also, during the day, can I use lemon juice on my face, or would that react badly with the SkinLite? I'm a bit worried about how these might interact with each other.
better not to apply lemon juice as its acidic and might cause irritation, get an openion from dermatologist
