I'm dealing with this really annoying itching on my hips, and now I've noticed it's causing some black spots to appear. It's not just staying in one place eitherseems like it's slowly spreading across my hips. What could this be, and what should I do about it? I'm a bit worried and would love some advice.

I've heard quite a few people say that applying an ice cube on your face can help with reducing pores and redness. Is that true? Could it potentially cause any harm to the skin? Just feeling a bit worried and want to make sure it's safe before I try it out.
