So, I got scratched by a stray cat but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been vaccinated. I'm not really certain if it used its teeth on my skin or just scratched with its nails, or maybe both? Or is it okay to wait a month or two before doing that? Also, is an antirabies injection really necessary since there's no bleeding or visible wound? The last time I got a tetanus shot was back in May 2016, and I did clean the area right away with Dettol. What do you suggest?

I've been to my GP and had an ultrasound and blood test, but I'm still waiting on results. I do have anxiety, and it's stressing me out that my lymph nodes have been swollen for so long. Any idea why this could be happening or how serious it might be?
