View allI did an IUI on February 15th, and my last period started on February 1st. I havent gotten my period yet, and the pregnancy test is negative. Im getting period-like cramps on and off, which is confusing because I'm usually pretty regular. Could you help me understand what's going on?
It is possible that the delay in your period and the presence of cramping could be due to various reasons such as hormonal imbalances, stress, changes in diet or exercise, or even the aftermath of the IUI procedure. It is important to monitor your symptoms and consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance. In the meantime, you can consider taking medications like Medroxyprogesterone to help induce a period if deemed appropriate by your doctor.

I'm really worried about my wife Priyanka's health. She's 31 and her Vitamin D levels are down to 5.7 ngml, and her Vitamin B12 is at 89 pgml. I'm concerned about what kind of problems she might face with these low levels. What should we do to get her back on track?
.vitamin b12 deficiency can lead to anaemia, neuropathy, hyperpigmentation of knuckles, oral cavity, etc. Vitamin d deficiency can lead to osteoporosis, reduced calcium levels, make her susceptible to autoimmune disease like alopecia, diabetes, thyroid disorders. For treatment she can take 1. tablet becosules daily once after food in the afternoon for 1 month. 2. Tablet uprise d3 60000 IU once per week after food for 8 weeks. After completion of the tablets she repeat the investigations and check the levels.
