What's the better option for treating anal fistula surgery or Kshar Sutra? How do the costs compare and which one has a lower chance of the problem coming back?

Anal fistula surgery offers quicker healing;Kshar Sutra is less invasive and better suited for low fistulae but may require longer treatment time and expertise.

View allI had laser surgery for piles and fissure on 29th September but still haven't passed any stool only gas and some bloody discharge. Is this normal or should I be worried? What can I do to ease this?
After laser surgery for piles and fissures, it's not uncommon to experience delayed bowel movements or mild discomfort. If you're concerned, consult your surgeon for advice. You can try fiber supplements, warm baths, and stool softeners to help ease discomfort.

My husband has grade 4 piles and we're really hoping to avoid surgery. Are there any other treatments or cures that could help manage his condition? We're worried about the pain and discomfort he's going through. What options do we have besides surgery?
fistulectomy is needed,also surgery follow-up.

I've had an anal fissure at the 6 o'clock position for the last two months and been using laxatives and ointments. There's also some external bulging at 11 o'clock, but my doctor said it's normal due to the fissure and constipation. Will this heal with just medicine or will I eventually need surgery? I'm currently doing ayurvedic treatment too.
