What's the cause of pus cells increasing in urine?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Pus cells increasing in urine may indicate that you are having an active infection in the body, mostly UTI infection.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Apollo Diabetic Panel Prime Test

Hi, my wife and I went on a 12 days international vacation and were scheduled to go for our 12 week pregnancy scan immediately after returning. We had a long international flight and got the scan and urine test immediately. While the NT scan and other reports are fine, the urine report shows 6 to 8 pus cells with a urine pH of 8. Is this possibly due to temporary dehydration from travel or is it something more serious? My wife does not have any other symptoms and is fine. We are asking this since we can only meet our doctor in a wee time. Thanks.
