View allMy mom has been having really sharp pain on her left side and threw up a few times. The ultrasound showed a 7mm stone in her upper left ureter. Is surgery the only way to get rid of it or can medicines help pass the stone naturally?
While 7mm kidney stones often require intervention, it's not always surgery. Medication, like alpha-blockers, can help relax the ureter and aid natural passage, especially with supportive measures like hydration and pain management. However, depending on the stone's location, size, and your mom's overall health, surgery might still be the best option.

I've been thinking about using Manforce Staylong tablets just once to see if it can help me last longer during sex. I don't have any issues with getting or maintaining an erection, and my heart health is good. Is it safe to use it even if I don't really have erectile problems, just to help with ejaculation time?
Using **Manforce Staylong** occasionally for improving ejaculation time is generally considered safe for most people, especially if you don't have any heart-related issues. However, its important to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your specific needs and to discuss potential side effects. Always use medications as directed.

I recently had a sonography on May 2nd, 2019, which showed a 6.1mm stone in my lower ureter. For the last five days, I've had constant pain in my lower back and lower left side in the front. I've been taking cystone tablets and drinking lots of water since then. Is there a chance the stone might pass on its own, or is surgery the only option? I can urinate fine without burning, but sometimes I notice a bit of blood in my urine. What should be my next steps?
PCNL.uretroscopy are advised, kindly follow up with nephrologist.
