What's the newest and safest type of circumcision for tight foreskin? My foreskin has a small opening, thin lining, and feels painful when erect. A urologist suggested circumcision for better sexual health what's the best modern method for my case? Need a clear plan for surgery.

In men, circumcision is most commonly carried out when the foreskin is tight and won't pull back (retract), which is known as phimosis. But alternative treatments, such as topical steroids, are sometimes preferred.

I've noticed that I haven't had any wet dreams for about 10 or 11 months, and I haven't masturbated or had any other kind of release for the same amount of time. Is it unhealthy if I don't ejaculate at all for this long?

My report says the ureters are obscured and there's a 5 mm kidney stone. Can a stone this size pass without surgery? What noninvasive tests like CT or MRI should I do to check for obstruction and locate the stone?
A 5mm kidney stone has a good chance of passing on its own, but a CT scan or MRI can help determine if the stone is obstructing the ureter and if further intervention is needed. CT scans are the preferred method for assessing kidney stones, as they are highly sensitive and can provide detailed images of the urinary tract.
