When I was pregnant, I used only medicine for abortion. After the abortion, I checked my blood report, and my abortion was complete. However, my periods have not come for the last two months.

After a medical abortion, periods can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to return. If it is been more than 2 months, consult a gynecologist to check for hormonal imbalance or retained tissue.

I am worried because I recently delivered and am concerned about being pregnant again so soon. Could you please advise if this result is likely valid, and what steps I should take next?
