When is the right time to take Meftal Forte if you have a fever? How many times a day is it okay to take it? Should I only use it when I actually have a fever or is there another guideline to follow?

I'm really concerned about my husband's health. He recently got his blood test results and his B12 level is really low at 119. The doctor recommended he take a Hosit tablet every day and mix Convales powder in water. He's been following this regimen for the past 10 days, but he hasn't noticed any improvement.
