There's also a small clear cyst in the cervix and my uterine length is 9.66cm. Should I be worried about this? What treatment options do I have can it be managed with medicine or will I need surgery?
The mere presence of fibroids does not mean that they need to be removed. The decision for the same will be based on the symptoms you have in terms of flow and pain during periods as well as the position of the fibroids. The clear cyst in the cervix is a Nabothian cyst-does not need any treatment.

I've been pregnant for 6 weeks now, and for the last 34 days, every time I eat, I end up vomiting. I've been taking the pregnidoxin medicine once a day, but it just doesn't seem to be working anymore. The vomiting starts just half an hour after eating. Could it be that I'm eating too much, or is there something else going on?
vomiting in pregnancy is normal
