Which flap surgery is better manual or laser? Could it cause future teeth problems? Are there any alternatives to flap surgery? Also, would the surgery affect a tooth that's already had a root canal?

I'm on an antibiotic course for a tooth cavity issue, and due to the lockdown, the dentists can't do any root canal procedures. They've given me Augmentin 625 Duo, Ultracet, and Pan D to take for the meantime. But now, after 24 hours, I'm starting to feel feverish. Could any of these medications be causing the fever?
