I'm really struggling with this skin disease I've had for years. I've attached a photo so you can see what's going on. Could you help me figure out a solution?

I see that you are suffering from a skin disease. Based on the photograph you have attached, it appears to be psoriasis. I recommend using topical corticosteroids such as Clobetasol propionate cream twice daily on the affected areas. In addition, you can also use coal tar preparations like Tegrin cream or ointment. For severe cases, you may need oral medications like Methotrexate or Acitretin. However, these should be taken under the guidance of a dermatologist. I started feeling an itch on my testicles a couple of days ago and ended up rubbing the area quite a bit. Now there's a wound from the rubbing and it's pretty painful, especially when I move. What should I do about this? Is it something to be worried about or will it heal by itself?

I've noticed that my dad has had this wart under his right armpit for quite a while now, maybe a few years. It doesn't bother him since it's not painful, red, or itchy. But the other day, he found another wart under his left armpit. This one hurts when he touches it, although it isn't red or itchy, and there's no pus. Could these warts be a sign of something more serious? Do you think he needs to get it checked out soon?
