View allI've been taking Diane 35 for my PCOD, and I also have some skin issues. I'm wondering if it's okay to start using isotretinoin right after finishing Diane 35? Would there be any problems with that?

I've been dealing with a keloid on my chest that developed after some acne, and despite getting tricort 40mg injections 11 times, I'm not seeing any improvement. I'm feeling pretty stuck and unsure about what to do next. Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful.
Since the tricort injections have not been effective in reducing the keloid, you may consider trying silicone gel sheets such as Mepiform or ScarAway. Apply the silicone gel sheets over the keloid for several hours a day to help flatten and soften the scar tissue. Additionally, you can ask your doctor about intralesional injections of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) or verapamil, which have shown some success in reducing keloids.

I'm trying to figure out what's more effective, the proanagen solution or the tablet. I've been using the solution for over a month now, but honestly, it's starting to feel a bit tedious. Does one have a quicker or better result than the other? Would love to know your thoughts on this.
Both are equally effective. And also it depends on the grade of hair loss.
