View allI had my gallbladder removed recently and now I'm dealing with a lot of indigestion and stomach issues. I've heard bile salt supplements and choline might help but I'm not sure which ones to take or how much. Can you recommend specific types or brands that would work best for post-surgery digestion problems? Also, are there any side effects I should watch out for?
yes advised ,conservative therapy.

I'm a 26-year-old guy dealing with some pretty bad stomach pain, and I've been told to take Cyclopam tablets for it. I'm just wondering, how often should I be taking them? Should I have them before eating, after a meal, or maybe on an empty stomach?
take cyclopam twice daily after food

I've had three endoscopies and the reports show a hiatal hernia. Right now I'm on Sompraz L and don't have burning sensations, but my chest feels really heavy and uncomfortable. The cardiologist checked me for chest pain and all tests even the chest X-ray came back normal with no heart issues. Still, the chest pain won't go away. Do I need surgery for the hiatal hernia or is there another way to manage this?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
