I'm a bit worried and could use some guidance. I was diagnosed with a cyst in my right ovary and was prescribed Regestrone for five days, which brought on my period. The doctor also advised me to start taking Diane 35 on the fourth day, which I've been taking regularly. I've only two more tablets left from my pack. I did have unprotected sex during the first week of starting the pill, but there was no ejaculation inside. Should I be concerned about the possibility of pregnancy?

The chances of pregnancy are slim. You shouldn't worry about it since you said there was no ejaculation inside. Kindly wait for your periods or consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
