Left ovarian cyst size is 6556mm according to my ultrasound report. I'm 28 and already have two kids with no plans for more in the future. Can this be treated with medicine or will I need surgery? I'm really worried about what to expect.

Cyst is large enough to cause symptoms like abdomen pain ,bloating sensation, torsion or rupture.Large cysts more than 10 cms requires surgery,a gynaecologist opinion is advised for further management of the cyst.

I've had a lump in my right breast, around 35 cm, slightly toward the lower side, for about 5 years now. Tried homeopathy but didn't see much improvement. Got a mammogram in 2017 which showed it's a fibroadenoma, and the doctor advised removing it soon, but I'm not keen on surgery. Can it be treated with medication instead? If not, what could happen if I leave it since it doesn't bother me much just occasional mild pain during my period. Also, my periods have been irregular for the past 23 months, sometimes late by 2-3 days or up to a week, but recently it was two weeks late. Could this be related to the lump? Should I be worried?

Long-standing fibroadenoma usually needs surgical removal if symptomatic; medications don’t shrink it, and leaving it may risk growth or discomfort, though not typically linked to periods.
