I recently underwent Vamanam, Virechana, and Vasti. Since childhood, I have experienced very poor concentration, difficulty with memory retention (especially verbal), wrinkled and dry skin, continuous gas and bloating. After these three Panchakarma treatments, I felt some improvement, especially in memory retention, though the issue still persists. He also suggested I may have fatty liver or chronic fatty liver, which could lead to toxins in the blood affecting brain concentration, thinking, and memory. Would undergoing Raktamokshana help me?
