Why am I vitamin B12 deficient even though I eat a lot of meat?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
It is because there is a high possibility that your body is unable to absorb the vitamin B12 available in the foods you are consuming.

For the past two months, I have been experiencing leg and body pain, along with a persistent feeling of tiredness, especially after office hours. This fatigue is significantly affecting both my personal and professional life. I have been regularly taking calcium (Cipcal 500) and multivitamin (ME 12 OD) supplements. I also underwent a complete blood check-up, and all reports, including Vitamin D levels, came back within normal limits. Despite this, the symptoms persist. I would request suggestions for suitable treatment, homeopathic or Ayurvedic options, if possible. I am also open to allopathic recommendations if needed.
