My boyfriend is using non-prescribed Decanabol along with testo once a week for his surgery-induced scoliosis, but he's been really struggling with depression, severe irritability, and personality changes. I'm worried about how these steroids might be affecting his mental health could this be a side effect?

First of all you should ask your boyfriend to consult his doctor for prescription as it's never good to self medicate... Steroids do induce Depression, psychosis, personality changes etc..also testosterone products can induce Psychosis...So the PPT factors for your boyfriend's situation are there...I advise you to consult a psychiatrist also for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...
