View allI feel as if my heart is tired and suffocated. I cannot stand or do any activity without feeling weary and tired. My heart rate shoots up easily. I just had 2 sandwiches and now I feel increased palpitations, as if my heart is sinking down to my stomach. I had an echo in October where my EF was 60 percent and everything was normal. The cardiologist recommended vitamin D shots and some multivitamins. I wanted a repeat echo done because I need to go for a wedding for 10 to 15 days and wanted peace of mind, but the doctor said it is not needed so early. Please tell me what I should do now?
