Why isn't a small difference like 0.5D seen as a big deal for Lasik surgery? I'm curious because I've heard mixed opinions and want to understand if it really makes a difference in outcomes

View allI have 3D myopia in both eyes and I've heard people say myopia can be reduced naturally without surgery. Some claim they lowered their prescription by wearing glasses with 0.25D less power than needed and doing eye exercises like the 20-20-20 rule. Is there any truth to this? Can myopia improve even slightly without surgery?
High myopia and exercises aren’t proven to reduce myopia;specialized slow-progress lenses and lifestyle changes may stabilize vision, but corrections don’t reverse it.

I'm 17 with an eye power of 13 in both eyes - will I be eligible for LASIK, ICL, or other vision correction surgeries when I'm older? My vision's pretty bad and I'm worried about whether these procedures would work for me in the future

I had ICL surgery two months ago but my eyelid is still really swollen what could be causing this and how can I reduce the swelling
