View allI'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.
While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.

I've been dealing with these petechiae on my skin for about two years now. I'm not exactly sure if they come and go, but I do have a lot of them, like around 10 from my elbow to my wrist. It's been a bit of a concern for me, and I'm curious about what might be causing this. Should I be worried?
