Why would my doctor recommend the lipid profile test?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Doctor would recommend this test as a routine test to find out how your cholesterol & triglycerides are. Is there any risk to your heart.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a ANTI SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE ANTIBODY (ASCA) IGG Test or Take a Chromogranin A Test Test

I have been following a healthy diet and exercising regularly, and I have successfully lost around 8 kg. I avoid sugar, use minimal olive oil, and include green vegetables and other healthy foods in my diet. Previously, I had fatty liver, but the related values have now returned to normal. However, despite my efforts, some values in my recent reports, specifically HDL, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol are not improving. I am 28 years old, 5.6 inch tall, and currently weigh 68 kg. I have attached my reports. Could you please help me understand why these values are not coming down and if there is anything else I should be doing?
