I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time now. The skin on my buttocks is really dry and itches intensely, often leading to red marks and constant peeling. I've been using Onabet lotion, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Any idea what's going on or what can help?

Use a combination of Clotrimazole cream and Hydrocortisone cream. Apply a thin layer of Clotrimazole cream (such as Canesten) followed by a thin layer of Hydrocortisone cream (such as Cortaid) on the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
