I have thyroid nodules in both lobes - one is 4x4 mm and the other is 1x1 mm on the right side. The FNAC report suggests excision biopsy for possible papillary carcinoma, but my thyroid is enlarged with normal T3/T4 and TSH at 5.02 which is almost at the upper limit.
