Yesterday, I had this really scary moment where my food got stuck, and I started coughing. It got so bad that I ended up throwing up, and during that, it felt like my whole body was shaking. After that, I started feeling this pain in my shoulder, neck, and arms, and there's also this burning and sharp pain in my chest. And now, every time I sneeze or cough, there's this sharp pain on the left side of my chest. I'm kind of worriedcan you tell me what's going on and if there's any medicine or something I should be taking?

View allI've been having some trouble with my anal area lately. It feels like it gets really tight and ends up hurting during bowel movements. It almost feels like the walls are tearing. What could be causing this, and how can I make it better?
The symptoms you're describing, including a narrowing of the anal opening, pain during bowel movements, and anal tears, suggest a possible diagnosis of anal stenosis or anal fissures; consult a gastroenterologist, proctologist, or a general surgeon for a thorough examination, which may include a digital rectal exam, anoscopy, or colonoscopy, to determine the underlying cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan, which may involve topical creams, stool softeners, or surgical interventions.

I accidentally swallowed a whole jackfruit seed and I'm a bit worried. I can talk just fine, but I'm not really sure if I'm actually feeling something in my throat or if it's just all in my head. Is there anything I should be concerned about, or steps I need to take?
Yes if there was any obstruction it would have resulted into dysphasia or dyspnea
