HDL cholesterol is low at 25 mg/dl, triglycerides are high at 227 mg/dl, TC/HDL cholesterol ratio is 7.1, LDL/HDL ratio is 4.6, and VLDL cholesterol is 45.4 mg/dl. Could you please suggest what action should be taken?

Hi, I recently had a blood test, and the results show: Slightly higher levels of LDL Cholesterol (Direct), Triglycerides, HbA1c, and High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein (hs CRP) Slightly lower levels of Monocytes (Absolute Count) and Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) I would like a holistic analysis of these results and recommendations based on my report.
