The report findings mention uterine cavity synechiae seen in the right upper body cornua, and bilateral tubes are seen with bilateral spillage of contrast. My AMH level is 0.29 ng per mL. I would like to know if there is a chance of getting pregnant with these results. Could you please explain what the report means, whether there are any complications, and what treatment options are available?

Since AMH is produced by antral follicles, can the AMH test show a lower value after oocyte retrieval in IVF? I recently underwent oocyte retrieval, and my AMH is now 1.33, whereas a few months ago it was 2.45. How could this change have happened?

AMH can drop temporarily post oocyte retrieval due to follicle removal. It may recover with time. Repeat test after a few cycles.
