Blood test report attached. The SGPT level is high. Bilirubin is low. What should I do? My SGOT and SGPT levels are always high. Is the liver damaged? What medicines should I take?

Repeatedly high SGPT suggests liver stress. It could be due to fatty liver, alcohol, or medications. Bilirubin being low is not concerning. Get liver scan and consult a hepatologist.
