View allI have been suffering from recurrent oral ulcers since December. Currently, only two marks remain. I have consulted a dentist, general physician, and ENT surgeon. All said these are aphthous ulcers. Blood tests are normal, and biopsy was not recommended. My Vitamin B12 is now 271 after taking B12 injections and Rinifol. There is no pain like before, but the ulcers persist. What can I do to get rid of this problem permanently?

For the past two months, I have been experiencing leg and body pain, along with a persistent feeling of tiredness, especially after office hours. This fatigue is significantly affecting both my personal and professional life. I have been regularly taking calcium (Cipcal 500) and multivitamin (ME 12 OD) supplements. I also underwent a complete blood check-up, and all reports, including Vitamin D levels, came back within normal limits. Despite this, the symptoms persist. I would request suggestions for suitable treatment, homeopathic or Ayurvedic options, if possible. I am also open to allopathic recommendations if needed.
