Can taking Follihair tablets cause weight gain? Also, how long should I be taking them to see improvements in hair growth? I'm a bit concerned about any possible side effects too.

View allI'm wondering if using Chandni Whitening Cream is good for my skin's fairness. Are there any side effects I should be aware of? Could you suggest some creams or remedies for improving skin fairness?
Chandni Whitening Cream may contain harsh ingredients like hydroquinone, steroids, or mercury, which can have side effects like skin thinning, irritation, or permanent damage; for safer alternatives, consider consulting a dermatologist and using creams containing natural ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, or licorice extract, which can help even out skin tone and promote fairness.

I'm a bit worried because I've been noticing some fungal infection around my penis and thighs. It's kind of like a dad type rash. I've heard about Medisalic and Fungicros cream, do you think they would work for this kind of genital fungi?
If you use medisalic or fungicross, it will cause serious and permanent damage to the skin. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like medisalic, fungicross, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams

I've been experiencing some weird skin rashes along with vomiting lately. There are these small red dots on my hands and under the palms, same with my feet. I've also been feeling nauseous and have headaches off and on. The rashes are super itchy, and on my legs, it even looks like mosquito bites, but I'm sure there are no mosquitoes around. What could this be? Should I be worried?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction or a viral infection. The skin rashes, vomiting, red dots on hands and feet, nausea, headache, and itchy bumps on legs could be indicative of a condition like hand, foot, and mouth disease. I recommend taking an antihistamine like **Benadryl (diphenhydramine)** for the itching and rash. You can also consider using a topical corticosteroid cream like **Hydrocortisone** to help with the inflammation. For the nausea and vomiting, you can try over-the-counter medications like **Pepto-Bismol** or **Dramamine**. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to seek medical attention.
